Fairlawn Real Estate Sales

In the real estate market there are currently 34 active listings in the local MLS, 10 under contract and 6 have sold since October of 2007.
Our Cutler office has had twice as many sales this past March as we did last year!! So our market is picking up.The middle of the country does not usually reflect a real estate market as dramatically as they do on either coast.
This is a great time to buy or sell a home in Fairlawn Ohio!
