<p>I have heard from what I would consider a very reliable source that GAR is considering pulling all GAR forms back from vendors and becoming the ONLY source for GAR forms in the state. Apparently the thinking is that if you HAVE to be a member of GAR in order to get the forms, then membership will start to increase. Personally, it sounds totally ass backwards. Perhaps if they want to increase membership they should evaluate the benefits they offer. I suspect that what would end up happening is that agents would start using a hodge-podge of forms created by attorneys who may or may not have any real estate experience. That would be a nightmare.</p> <p>If this concerns you, call Bob Hamilton and let him know.</p>
