Jun. 27, 2008 - Status of a Transaction

I recently had a question about the difference between "active" and "open" status for a transaction. There is none--at least not for us. Real estate is local and there are areas of the country where they really do differentiate between an "active" and an "open" transaction. That feature was added for them. There is no functional difference between the two. Buddy Snipes
