This is my first blog entry.  I created my blog because I am a REALTOR who is very active in the Association of REALTORS both locally and at the state level.  This involvement helps keep me up to date on the local real estate market and other factors that affect the market, home ownership and property rights.  Future entries will include market statistics, tips, advice, opinions and updates on items that are important to homeowners like local, state and federal legislation issues.
