To day I was at a presentation on America's businesses.  With all the bad publicity about home sells and gas prices you tend to forget their is life(CASH) out there!

There is more money to be spend in the next 2-3 years by investors. The corporate world will make bigger revue.  Why? Supply and Demand.  The timing is everything!  Read Inc.'s article, " The Most Valuable Businesses in America". It states, "Investors are loaded with cash. Boomers are looking to buy.  Foreign firms are eager to invest.  What does that add up to?  A seller's market for your business". 

Today was very beneficial.  I met some people that are getting FSBO business buyers and sellers together.  What does this mean to Realtors?  Opportunity! We can make money on referrals.
