My Geno changed his famous coffee shop photo, so I'm putting it here for posterity and my future enjoyment.

Hey Geno...I call you My Geno like Our Dell, which is how I got my name. We Italians are very possessive.

Sellsius NY is Joe and Rudy. Urban Digs is Noah. You'll get to know most of the players after you've been blogging awhile.

Hey Ardell, Thank you for the kind words...it feels like home. It occurred to me that 'what if I only drank one cup of coffee in the past seven years and someone happened to photograph me with it in hand while I was wearing a hat that I never wear? And because of this one obscure picture everyone would just assume that all I do is sit around caf'es wearing hats and sipping java. What if there was really tea in that cup and what if was really not even me but someone else at the Cannes Film Festival, where the photo was taken? A movie star, perhaps?

The truth is, it really is me and it really is coffee (which I am always drinking) and I often do wear a hat. I changed my picture because I'm just learning how to multi-task. And if a new one ever appears on my site with me wearing a tie then you'll know for sure that its either a photo from my casket (although I've requested no ties, please) or an imposter.

Anyway, I read somewhere, I believe at Sellsius or Red Tomato (one of the experts for sure) that you are perhaps the greatest real estate blogger of all time so I am extra, extra honored to be a subject of one of your posts.

I wish you the best in 2007,
