While many of my clients opt for a more personalized service, they appreciate the opportunity to discuss commissions and negotiate them based on their needs.  It is a welcome trend in the industry for buyers to have more say in general with regard to how they approach their home purchase.

I do not compete with Redfin as most of my buyer clients want to be able to view homes with me and get my expertise in discussing each homes pros and cons and value before making an offer. They want to discuss and utilize different negotiating strategies depending on whether their primary objective is getting the house or getting a bargain.

But sitting down and negotiating the fee based on their specific needs, being able to negotiate savings, especially if they are in a higher price range and looking in the Kirkland, Bellevue or Redmond area, and deal with an experienced professional at the reduced fee, is a service that I offer that many buyers cannot find elsewhere.
