You have to love a guy who invites two heavyweights into the ring for a Smackdown

So far, I think he's getting whooped! We have Designated Agency here in Washington, so the Dual Agency argument they are having is a little irrelevant here...but it's fun to watch!

I love Russell Shaw's soon to be famous line: "Please. Recognize that everything that I say and write is true and don't argue with me. Thanks!" LOL, you can tell he's new to the Blogosphere. Maybe he just didn't understand the term "Smackdown".

It amazes me just how different the rules and regs are about DDA across the country.
We practice DDA regularly in N.H. and I can't imagine not doing it. I admit It takes skill and a lot of personal ethics but it can be done quite successfully. I imagine an unethical agent could really botch it up badly.

I think it has a lot to do with the clients and the property too. Buyer loves it. House is in great shape with no problems. Seller has a reasonable asking price. All that makes for a deal even an unethichal agent can't screw up! LOL I've been hearing agents bicker of agency issues for over ten years...consumers just want a fair shake and a decent house that they can call home. At least that's what my buyer clients want.
