Land Values Holding Steady in Raleigh NC area 2009

Mar. 20, 2009
Categorized in: LAND IS THE GAME

Although many areas of the US and world are experiencing deflation in home and land prices ,the Raleigh-Cary-Durham-Research Triangle Metro area of North Carolina is reasonably stable.

The area was listed by the Census Bureau as the fastest growing in the entire USA in July 2008 and as of 3/20/2009 , it has not slowed down. People that own land know it is better than any other investment in the world .Although land prices today are significantly higher than in 1980 , the appreciation has been moderate on an annual basis compared to other areas like California, Arizona and Forida which went straight up and now falling like a rock.

In addition , it is now projected that the Triangle area may become the retirement mecca for the whole country in the next 20 years. For additional information , The Raleigh or Cary Chambers of Commerce

provide a weath of knowledge about this great area to work and live.As always you can contact "The NC LAND MAN" on the web www.learnaboutland.com.
