Delivering the “FAAR-OUT” award is the best part of being a member of the Flint Area Association Realtors® Board of Directors and member of the Recognition Task Force.  It’s just fun!

I love charging into an office with bells jingling, balloons flying and yelling “It’s time for a “FAAR-OUT” award!” Smiles and laughter begin with everyone in the office. 

The recipients of the “FAAR-OUT” award reward me with surprised faces, large grins and sometimes even tears.  I am personally excited, energized and in high spirits the rest of the day.  I would love to give out a “FAAR-OUT” award daily!
