I just wanted to let you know, we got the keys. He was able to pick them up no problem. WOOO-HOOO!!  There was/is one thing, though. When we first got there, on the counter was a champagne flute. Inside the flute, was a letter from the seller, Elaine. It made me cry. Gave us a little info on he life, and her moms. How she (her mom) lived there till she was 87, and Elaine and her siblings grew up there. And how the house was full of love, and joy just waiting to make us happy. It was really sweet. I don't know if you can pass on to them, that i really appreciate it A LOT!
 
All i can say to you is i am forever grateful. You really made my dream of being a homeowner, realty. You have been wonderful to work with, and really helped out, even in the bad times... lol. You are a awesome realtor, and would recommend anybody to go through you. Woody and Jessica are also awesome. Definitely will recommend both you and them to go through.
