Our beautiful new "For Sale" signs are now up on both listings. Just in time for the Hollis Mercantile/Manufactured Home listing. This weekend there will be Garage Sales all over Smith River attracting lots of people from all over Del Norte. Come and check jout 105 S. Fred Haight Drive next door to the (oh so pink) hotel next door and the former bank across the street. There are eateries and tavers all over Smith River, so bring the family for lots of fun.
